Turmeric juice among range of Samoan products at Pasifika

In operation since 2013, ELife Company is a small family owned business situated in the heart of Apia, Samoa. The company is owned by Etu Tuala and his wife Elena.Tumeric products have grown in popularity in recent years as natural health supplements. It is said to hold many properties that can contribute to relieve symptoms associated with a range of ailments.

It is on the backdrop of this popularity and the natural goodness of turmeric that the idea took root. Birthed from a passion for helping people, a commitment to health, from believing that there is healing in food and inspired by tradition, ELife Company created ‘Samoa Wild Turmeric Drink’ to extend health and wellness to customers.

Made from organic turmeric roots grown wild in Samoa paired with alkaline ionized water ‘Samoa Wild Turmeric Drink’ is the first of its kind. The process by which the drink is prepared ensures that the natural flavour and optimum goodness is preserved without additives and artificial preservatives.

‘Samoa Wild Turmeric Drink’ is BioGro Certified Organic.

ELife Co has seen an increasing demand and interest for the ‘Samoa Wild Turmeric Drink’ both locally and internationally. The company currently exports to New Zealand and American Samoa with plans to export to Australia in the near future.

Welcoming the Samoan delegation, PT&I NZ Trade Commissioner Michael Greenslade said, ” 2017 is going to be a great year to further cement the relationship between Samoa and New Zealand. It starts with Pasifika this week and moves into the Samoa Trade and Investment Commission mission to Apia and the Blues play a home game in Apia in June.

“It is clear Samoa and New Zealand have a very strong relationship and we look forward to supporting our visiting businesses during Pasifika.”
